- "Client": any natural or legal person contracting with RAFD for the Services.

Use of the website
The website is provided to present our services and to let you contact us. You undertake:
- Not to use the website for any purpose contrary to the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Not to attempt unauthorised access to any part of the website, its systems or its servers.
- Not to use automated tools to harvest content or to send requests at volumes that degrade performance.
- That the information you provide is accurate, complete and current.
- Not to impersonate another person or entity when contacting us.
Nature and scope of the services
RAFD's services are advisory and analytical, produced from the information the client supplies and from market sources available at the time of the work.
Financial forecasts and scenarios are estimates built on documented assumptions; they are not a guarantee of any future outcome. Responsibility for the investment or operating decision and its consequences remains with the client alone.
- Each engagement is defined in a written scope of work signed before execution begins.
- Prices shown on the website are indicative and start from the amounts stated; the final price is fixed in the formal proposal.
- Any work outside the signed scope requires a written addendum stating the deliverable, duration and additional cost.
- RAFD does not provide licensed legal advice, certified accounting services or statutory audit, and our outputs do not replace a qualified professional opinion where one is required.
Client obligations
So that we can deliver accurate work, the client undertakes to:
- Provide the necessary data and documents within the agreed timeframe.
- Ensure the information supplied is accurate and that it is lawfully entitled to share it with us.
- Nominate an authorised representative for communication and sign-off.
- Adhere to the payment schedule agreed in the contract.
Delay in providing data extends the delivery period by an equivalent duration and is not treated as a breach on our part.
Intellectual property
All website content — including the logo, trade name, text, designs and graphics — is owned by RAFD and protected under the intellectual property laws of the Kingdom. It may not be copied, republished or used commercially without prior written permission.
Rights to use project deliverables transfer to the client upon settlement of all amounts due. RAFD retains ownership of the methodologies, templates, tools and generic models used in producing them, and the right to reference the nature of the work in its professional record without disclosing any confidential information.
Limitation of liability
- The website is provided "as is" with no warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- RAFD is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit or loss of opportunity arising from use of the website or reliance on its general content.
- RAFD is not liable for decisions the client takes on the basis of deliverables, nor for the results of implementing them.
- RAFD is not liable for conclusions built on inaccurate or incomplete data supplied by the client.
- In all cases, RAFD's total financial liability shall not exceed the amounts actually paid for the engagement in dispute.
Confidentiality
We keep confidential all information we access during the work and sign a non-disclosure agreement before receiving any data. Access is restricted to project team members only.
This does not extend to disclosures required by order of a competent judicial or regulatory authority in the Kingdom, in which case we notify the client unless the law prevents us from doing so.
Prices, payment and VAT
- All prices are in Saudi riyals and include value added tax at 15% under the applicable regime.
- A compliant tax invoice is issued for each instalment.
- Instalments are tied to delivery milestones as defined in the contract.
- RAFD may suspend work temporarily if payment falls overdue, after written notice.

Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by and construed under the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
